The standard issue pistol of Polish armed forces during the invasion of 1939, the Radom remained in production for Germany, and was widely-issued to the Waffen-SS. Based on the Browning design, the Radom served well as a robust combat automatic that could be seen in the hands of combat troops assigned to the Karotechia and Polish Home Army forces.
